• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

• Inside Dhaka: 2 to 3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2 to 5 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
• Delivery fees may vary depending on the destination and courier service selected.

4. Delivery Conditions

• Customers must provide an accurate name, delivery address, and contact number while placing an order.
• Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier representative upon delivery.
• Once the parcel has been accepted and received, Moto Sticker BD will not be responsible for any claims related to physical damage or missing items.
